Yes. Pro is the individual path. Teams adds leader setup, aggregate team signal, and a dashboard for rolling AI Ready out to a group.
What if I leave my company?
Your individual Pro account remains yours. Team dashboards and aggregate org data stay with the company workspace.
How is this different from a course?
AI Ready combines a maturity model, daily applied exercises, placement, and refreshers. The goal is durable operating behavior, not content completion.
What happens at Day 11 on Free?
