30 days of AI training is free (limited time)
Exclusive for newsletter subscribers: A 30-day personalized AI training program, free for readers who complete the extended assessment. AI Ready Team is open too.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Exclusive for newsletter subscribers: I’ve put everything I’ve learnt over 8 years in AI into a 30-day personalized AI training program to make you truly competent at using AI in your work. And I’m giving it to you first.
After several months of running it quietly with top AI operators and teams, I’m excited to launch AI Ready Pro today to our newsletter subscribers like you.
What is AI Ready Pro?
It’s a 30-day personalized AI training program that is personalized to you and where you are in your AI journey. It’s the culmination of 100’s of hours spent teaching AI to top Fortune 500 AI teams and operators (and working with Mark Cuban).
Each day, you receive a 10-15 minute exercise to complete to improve your AI skills.
This isn’t vague AI theory or a way to pitch you a tool. It’s 30 days of learning to use AI in your real work. So you come out the other side with the skills to use AI to actually improve you and your teams output.
Until May 15, it’s free for newsletter readers who complete the extended assessment. This assessment will help us personalize the learning experience to you.
If you lead a team, AI Ready Team is open today too, also for readers first. It’s the same engine, but to train your whole organization. You’ll get a detailed view of:
Your team’s AI readiness level + detailed strengths & weaknesses
Ranked list of AI automation opportunities
Get tactical advice on how to advance AI efforts in your org
Leading a team? Take the Team assessment instead.

Both products start with a placement. Five minutes for Pro (or fifteen for the deeper version that unlocks the full six-axis radar), fourteen for Team. The placement puts you on the AI Ready Model and tells the program what to teach you first.

What you get with Pro.
You receive daily exercise tied to your weakest axis, somewhere between five and fifteen minutes. The same six-axis radar you saw above, but updating as you go so you can watch your profile actually build. Everything saved in an app you can login to, so you can revisit it.
While you’re in early access, the price stays free as we add a live exercise library, periodic live lessons, an operator community, and a grader so the work you do gets real feedback.

Why I built this.
I’ve been in AI since 2016, well before the current boom. Berkeley ML, then most of the years since teaching it: workshops, this newsletter, the podcast, the AI for Anyone nonprofit my brother, best friend, and I co-founded in 2017 with five thousand dollars of our own money. Somewhere north of 70,000 people have come through that work.
The reason I keep coming back to AI literacy is personal. My uncle drove a cab in New York for twenty years. When ride-sharing hit, he lost everything. I was in ML at the time, watching the same technology reshape my career on the upside while it gutted his on the other side.
That gap, between the people building AI and the people trying to keep up, is the entire reason I do this. Pro and Team are the most concrete things I can put against it.
What 200+ operators have shown us so far.
More than 200 operators have completed the assessment during early access. Most already use AI daily. The real gap they’re showing me is between using AI personally and operationalizing it across a team.

Pick your path.
Almost everyone reading this is already using AI. The question, especially for leaders, is whether your org has any visibility into how, and any system for making it durable. That’s the question I want this newsletter to keep returning to.
I can’t wait to see what you and your team achieve with this program. If you have ideas on how we can make this offering even more valuable for you, to this email with any feedback or thoughts.
Talk soon,
Haroon
P.S. Two reasons to take the assessment now. The free Pro offer is exclusive to newsletter readers and closes when we open to the public. And your answers feed the first AI Ready Pulse, the benchmark report dropping next quarter, so taking it sooner means your situation is in the report.
