Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, including your name, work email, company, company size, areas of interest and message. If you book a call, we also receive booking details.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and request timestamps to operate the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client records through the enquiry form.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess how we can help, arrange calls, manage business relationships, maintain our services and protect against spam or misuse.

We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, customer relationship management, booking and security. These include Vercel, Supabase, Attio and Cal.com. Form details are stored in our database and CRM; your name and email are used to prefill booking when you open the calendar. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell website enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and third-party services

We use Vercel Web Analytics for basic cookieless traffic counts. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics and PostHog to measure page visits and interactions, such as navigation clicks, scrolling and enquiry submissions. These optional tools use cookies or similar storage. We do not send enquiry form answers to these analytics tools, and session recording is disabled on this website.

If you separately allow Google Ads measurement, Google may use ad-click identifiers and saved-enquiry events to report which ads lead to enquiries. We do not send your name, email or form answers for enhanced conversions, and personalized advertising is disabled in this website integration.

You can allow or decline optional analytics when you first visit. Open "Preferences" for separate Google Ads measurement controls, or "Privacy preferences" in the footer to change your choices later. Allowing analytics alone does not enable ad measurement. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from using the site or booking a call.

Booking and security services may use cookies or similar technologies for their functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect booking or other features. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies. Our website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, our business relationship, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the contact email below. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Policy updates

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
