LangSmith Fleet
Put AI agents to work across your team.
We build and roll out agents in LangSmith Fleet, with the connections, context and training your team needs to use them every day.
What we set up in Fleet
Agents
The job each agent does, written down and tested on your work.
Tools and connections
Your systems connected, with remote MCP servers where they are needed.
Identity
Fixed or per-person credentials, decided before the agent is built.
Channels and schedules
Where your team reaches the agent, and when it runs on its own.
Approvals
The actions that wait for a person.
Sharing
Who can use each agent, and who can change it.
What the first deployment leaves you
A workflow map and a baseline
How the work runs today, with time, quality and review effort measured.
Agents your team can run
Set up in Fleet with the connections, instructions and approved knowledge the job needs.
A test set and launch criteria
Ordinary cases, missing information and failures, checked before launch.
Owners and review rules
Named maintainers and escalation rules.
Training and a guide
Sessions for the people who run it, and a written operating guide.
A review of real use
What people used, what it changed and what to improve next.
How delivery works
We pick one team and one recurring job with you, and agree what the agent may read and do.
We set up the agent, its connections and its knowledge, then run it on your sample work.
The team uses it on live work, with a person approving what goes out.
Your named owners take it on, with training and a written guide.
A few things you might ask.
Why not set Fleet up ourselves?
You can build an agent in Fleet in an afternoon. The work is choosing the job, organizing its context, deciding access and approvals, testing failures and getting a team to rely on it. That is what we do.
What can the agent access?
Only the systems and records we agree at the start. A Fleet agent runs on fixed credentials or on each person’s own, and that choice is made once, so we design access before we build.
Who fixes it when something changes?
Your named maintainers, using the guide and tests we hand over. Ongoing support from us is a separate agreement.
What does it cost?
We quote by team, workflow, connected systems and the support you want. LangSmith’s own charges are separate from our fee.
We already have agents in other tools. Why Fleet?
Fleet gives a team one place to share and manage agents, with access rules. If the tools you have already do the job, we’ll tell you.
